Making that happen requires careful alignment across many stakeholders: clear user guidelines, enterprise settings of the AI tool configured together with security and privacy, and training so employees use AI safely, responsibly and effectively. In engineering, the same rollout extends to coding assistants and agents that handle recurring tasks such as migrations, bug reports and incidents. Within a few months of the rollout, stories start to surface of employees saving significant time and money across every department.
